We’re developing cellular therapies and proprietary manufacturing methods to produce stem cell-based therapeutics using state-of-the-art tissue engineering and cell-based approaches to treat degenerative diseases and injury. Our uniquely well-suited team has substantial clinical experience with stem cell therapies and various relevant indications.

We seek to cure hard-to-treat diseases and improve people’s quality of life.

All our motivations, efforts, and resources go into creating safe and effective treatments for patients.

Our innovative team is committed to creating adipose stem cell products to improve patients’ lives

We're an innovator in supplying quality non-expanded adult stem cell-based products and therapies for homologous and non-homologous uses to healthcare providers.

We’ve created several tissue-based products

Our Products repair, reconstruct and replace skin tissue for homologous application in human recipients.

Our product, StroMel™, is currently in Phase 2 clinical trial for osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. Additional trials are planned in other indications later this year for OA for other joints, wound healing, crohn’s disease, sports injuries, and autism.

Our Motivation

Our ultimate goal is to make stem cell-based anti-inflammatory, regenerative, and reparative products accessible and available to anyone who needs it.

Our Programs

Osteoarthritis (OA)

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a complex

musculoskeletal disorder with profound social and economic costs. OA is one of the top five causes of disability in the US, affecting 27-million Americans, including about 14% of adults aged 25 and older, 80% of the population over 65, and costing the Nation 1-2.5% of its gross domestic product.

Our Programs

Autism

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental

disability that can cause significant social, communication, and behavioral challenges. The learning, thinking, and problem-solving abilities of people with ASD can range from gifted to severely challenged. Some people with ASD need a lot of

help in their daily lives, while others may need less.

Our Programs

Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is the

most common inflammatory autoimmune arthritis, affecting more than 1.3 million Americans. About 75% of patients with RA are women. Even though RA can start at any age, it usually begins between 30 and 50.

Our Programs

Wound Healer

Wound healing is a normal biological process in the human body and a natural reaction to tissue injury. For a wound to heal, four phases must occur in the right time frame: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling.

Our Programs

Crohn's Disease (CD)

Crohn's disease (CD) is a type of chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract. Crohn’s disease mostly affects younger people (late teens, 20s and early 30s), although it can occur at all ages. It causes the digestive tract to become swollen and irritated. Patients experience symptoms like abdominal pain, diarrhea, weight loss and rectal bleeding.

Our Programs

Sports injuries

Sports injuries can occur throughout

your body to bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments

and other structures due to sports, exercise, trauma,

direct impact or overuse of muscles or joints.
